Sensors Install Usage and Attention Items
●If have no special specifications, length of our sensor’s wire will according to line of load strength and stress line o sensor is coincident This will reduce the affect of incline load and eccentric load minimum.
●Choose rate load of sensor you use according to sensor's measurement range of this instruction.
●Shell protecting covering lead wire of sensor are all treated with sealing users should not open them.
●To avoid chemical corrosion, it should daub Vaseline in the shell of sensors, don’t use it under sunshine or have violent changement of temperature，please install protecting equipments if can’t avoid it.
●To avoid strong current passing and damaging sensor straightly, it is for bided to electrowedlig during installation . Connecting by-pass, made by copper wire, on two side of load equipment of sensor when it is on special situation.
●Cable of sensor should far away form srong electric wire or pulsed place, we it can’t avoid cable of sensor should pas through iron tube solely and shorten the length of connection.
●Cable should not be extended yourself, when it need be extended exactly, the Joint should be soldered and sealed and sealed with moisture proof gum.
●Predating the sensors and apparatus for 30 minutes when they are put us in high-precision situation
●The sensors should be placed In dry, airy and no corrosive air room.
